- Step 1: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Step 2: Gently fold the cookie crumbs into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Step 3: Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Melt the chocolate and dip the balls into it or drizzle the melted chocolate over them.
- Step 5: Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut flakes if desired and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
Notes
These cheesecake balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen and thawed as needed.
