- Step 1: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Step 2: While the spaghetti cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Step 3: Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
- Step 4: Add the red chili flakes and sauté briefly to release the flavors.
- Step 5: Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the garlic and oil. Toss everything together to coat the pasta evenly.
- Step 6: Season with salt to taste and stir in the freshly chopped parsley.
- Step 7: Serve the spaghetti on plates, optionally topped with freshly grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2-3 days. To reheat, add a little olive oil or pasta water to prevent drying out.
